A small start. A clear agreement.
One useful pilot.
Priced for your business.
Duewise is a managed service. Start with one incoming lead source, prove the review process works, and decide what to expand.
The first pilot
Incoming lead review pilot
Turn one incoming lead source into an organized queue your team can review. Your team approves each next step. Automatic emails, appointment booking, and CRM changes are outside this initial scope.
Individually quoted
There is no fixed published price or self-serve checkout for this pilot. We agree a written scope, delivery timeline, setup price, and any recurring charges before payment. An inquiry is free and carries no commitment.
Request a pilot quoteIncluded in the pilot scope
- One agreed lead source connected to a review queue
- Contact details, service needs, and missing information organized
- Fit suggestions based on rules you approve
- A human decides what happens next—no automatic outreach
- Testing with agreed examples, activity history, and a handoff walkthrough
Setup: getting it working
Discovery, agreed lead fields and review rules, one source connection, the review queue, tests with sample leads, and a walkthrough. The quote states what “ready” means and what access we need from you.
Ongoing: keeping it useful
Monitoring, troubleshooting, and agreed maintenance are quoted separately from setup. Your agreement defines included support, usage limits, and whether tool or AI fees are included or billed separately. New sources or substantial changes get a new scope.
What affects the quote?
The source and tools involved, expected lead volume, data quality, fit rules, approval requirements, connection complexity, and support needs. We’ll explain these in the quote.
How buying works
