Inquiry privacy
This notice covers the public “Tell us what you want automated” form and direct inquiry emails. It describes the inquiry flow available today; paid services and connected business tools require a separate agreed scope.
What we collect and why
Your name, email, business name, selected interest, description, optional tool names, submission time, and permission to contact you about the inquiry. Duewise uses these to assess fit, prepare a quote, and follow up. Submitting does not create an account, start an automation, charge you, or subscribe you to marketing.
Where your request goes
Requests are stored in Duewise’s database on DigitalOcean and sent server-side to Duewise’s self-hosted n8n intake workflow, also on DigitalOcean. Authorized Duewise operators can review them. n8n may retain the submitted information in execution history. Delivery failures are retried without removing the saved request. This intake flow does not send your description to an AI model.
If you email us directly, your message is handled by our Gmail inbox. When Duewise’s email delivery service is configured, Resend can send internal delivery-failure alerts containing the request reference, without your name, email, or description. Replies about your inquiry may be sent by email.
Security and abuse prevention
The form uses HTTPS, validation, and submission limits. The application stores keyed hashes of network addresses and email addresses for rate limiting, rather than raw network addresses in the inquiry table. These rate-limit counters expire after approximately 48 hours as new requests arrive. Hosting infrastructure can keep separate operational access logs. No advertising or analytics service is added by this form.
Retention and your choices
We retain inquiries while assessing and following up on the work and maintaining related business records. Automatic deletion of inquiry records is not currently enabled. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your inquiry, or stop follow-up, by emailing the address below. Deletion requests include the database and n8n records where applicable; copies in backups or operational logs may remain until those copies are retired. We do not sell inquiry details.
Please keep submissions general
Do not include passwords, API keys, payment information, health information, or private records about your customers or employees. We’ll agree on any required access separately.
